About Pause Claire
You no longer have to navigate this transition alone.
We believe every woman deserves clear answers, evidence-based care, and personalized support to navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.
Why Pause Claire
A clinic born from a simple observation.
Too many women go through perimenopause and menopause without receiving the answers, support, and specialized care they deserve.
Pause Claire was founded on the belief that perimenopause and menopause are still too often misunderstood, underdiagnosed, or dismissed. Through her clinical experience, its founder witnessed firsthand how many women are told that their symptoms are "normal" and that they simply have to learn to live with them.
That is why she created a space where every woman is heard, where her concerns are taken seriously, and where care is grounded in the latest scientific evidence.
The goal is simple: to help women better understand this transition, explore the options available to them, and navigate it with confidence.

As a registered nurse and holder of a Master of Public Health degree, Guerda brings a diverse background in clinical care, public health, and health promotion. Throughout her career, she has been committed to helping individuals better understand their health and make informed decisions about their care.
Her professional journey has led her to work with populations facing a wide range of health needs, where listening, education, and ongoing support played a central role. These experiences strengthened her belief that access to clear information and high-quality care can profoundly shape a person's healthcare experience.
Today, she draws on this experience to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, with the goal of providing personalized, evidence-based care in an environment rooted in respect, listening, and trust. Her background in nursing and public health allows her to approach menopause through a clinical, preventive, and long-term quality-of-life lens.
