Your appointment, in a few simple steps
Pause Claire appointments are booked through our secure MEDFAR patient portal. Before you continue, here is a quick overview of what to expect.
1. Create your account or sign in
You will be redirected to the MEDFAR patient portal, the platform Pause Claire uses for appointment booking and managing your health information.
2. Choose your appointment
Select the type of consultation you need, followed by the date and time that work best for you.
Booking your first consultation?
Choose Initial Consultation — 60 minutes · $250.
3. Prepare for your consultation
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive instructions about any forms or information to complete before your consultation.
What you’ll need
To create your account and book your appointment, please have:
- An email address
- Your contact information
- Your Québec health insurance number, if requested
- A few minutes to complete your registration
After registering, also check your junk/spam folder so you don’t miss any communications from Pause Claire or the MEDFAR patient portal.
Your information remains confidential
Pause Claire uses a secure patient portal approved by the Québec Ministry of Health and Social Services for appointment booking and the management of clinical information.
No payment is required when you book.
Payment is made after your consultation. A secure payment link will be sent to you by email through the MEDFAR patient portal.
